Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic, operational, digital, regulatory, and merger-related initiatives across the bank. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, operations, risk and compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

The role serves as the central coordinator for initiatives, providing leadership, risk management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle from intake to post-launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT or related field is required.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM/Agile) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in banking or regulated industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, digital banking, tech, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects aligning with strategic objectives.
• Develop charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance alignment.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
