Job summary

You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, manage budgets and risks, and partner with business, technology, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable improvements in digital channels and customer experience. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise initiatives.
• Strong experience leading Digital Banking Transformation, Mobile Apps, Online Banking or related digital platforms.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple teams and departments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with digital customer experience initiatives and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, mid-to-large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, product, and operational teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance processes, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and provide post-implementation analysis and recommendations.
• Support initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience, digital adoption, and business performance.
