Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, methodologies, or related areas.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects in banking or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, refining requirements, resources, and plans.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Apply a hybrid of waterfall and agile methodologies, adjusting as needed to project needs.
• Identify risks to scope, budget, and timelines and take corrective actions.
• Produce project artifacts per PMO policy and maintain confidentiality of information.
