The Greater Phoenix Chamber is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our membership and sponsorship investments in the Greater Phoenix region. You will prospect, pitch bundles up to $100,000, and help businesses access Chamber resources to achieve growth.

Hybrid work arrangement in Phoenix and a base salary plus commission with quarterly bonuses. You will build relationships with local leaders, manage CRM activity, and drive revenue while supporting the Chamber’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Three years’ experience in business development, sales, fundraising, or related field.
• Existing connections to the regional business community are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, follow up, and sell investments to Arizona businesses to hit revenue goals.
• Research prospects via phone, email, and events to develop investment opportunities.
• Develop customized sponsorship packages up to $100,000 and align with business needs.
• Build relationships with business leaders to connect them with Chamber initiatives.
• Engage leadership and board to demonstrate value of investment to prospective members.
• Maintain accurate contact data in the CRM system.
