Consolidated Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Phoenix area. You will prospect new clients, nurture relationships, and present CPS PEO and HR outsourcing solutions to decision makers.

This fast-paced, quota-driven role requires field and phone activities, precise pipeline management, and collaboration with internal teams. Hybrid work in Phoenix is available, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience in PEO or HR services.
• Ability to evaluate client HR and payroll processes.
• Comfort with cold calling and travel to client locations.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and benefits is helpful.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong local referral network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities leveraging CPS expertise and industry knowledge.
• Schedule meetings to present CPS services to prospective clients.
• Deliver CPS value proposition to build perceived value with prospects.
• Obtain documentation for proposals and onboarding.
• Demonstrate CPS Software platform to decision makers.
• Prepare and present proposals with follow-up through the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain an updated CRM with all sales activities.
• Review activity and performance with manager and sales team.
