Job summary

AZ Builder’s Exchange dba BEX in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Sales Development Rep to develop and close new business accounts. This hybrid role requires dialing into prospective clients, managing leads in the CRM, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professionalism, coachability and enthusiasm are valued.
• Experience with a CRM system or similar database is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diligently manage prospective accounts in the CRM.
• Mine sources for new leads and balance pipeline time.
• Call prospects to establish buying cycles and needs.
• Follow up on inbound interest within one business day.
• Assist in converting potential clients through discovery and closing.
