Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Operations to serve as the operational engine for the Insights & Strategy team. The role will own Braven-wide rhythms, coordinate cross-functional work, and report on priorities to staff, leaders, and boards.

You will design processes, oversee two halves of the team’s operations, and enable effective knowledge management while collaborating with regional offices and partners. Strong communication and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience writing and presenting data-driven narratives; strong data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and own progress-monitoring infrastructure and updates for staff and boards.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships across Product, Systems, and External Affairs.
• Own the team operations rhythm, planning, and knowledge management for Insights & Strategy.
