Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Operations to lead organizational progress reporting and cross-functional collaboration. The role designs and maintains the operating rhythm, coordinates with regional teams, and supports governance councils.

This is a high-impact, exempt position reporting to the Head of Insights & Strategy. You will drive planning, data-driven storytelling, and knowledge management across the Insights & Strategy team, ensuring clear communication of priorities

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience writing and presenting data-driven narratives.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the infrastructure for progress updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate quarterly progress-to-goal memos for boards and leaders.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Product, Systems, and External Affairs.
• Own team operations, annual planning, and knowledge management.
