Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Operations to serve as the operational engine for the Insights & Strategy team. You will own Braven’s rhythm for reporting progress to staff, leaders, and boards, and you’ll drive cross-functional coordination and internal processes.

You’ll design, implement, and continuously improve how we monitor organizational priorities, lead two internal councils, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience with quantitative analysis.
• Extensive experience writing and presenting data-driven narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards or visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and improve progress monitoring infrastructure for stakeholders.
• Package quarterly progress-to-goal memos for Braven’s board and leadership.
• Prepare region-specific updates for regional board meetings and leadership.
• Pull, analyze, and visualize data to support progress monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Product, Systems, and External Affairs.
• Own team rhythms and knowledge management for the Strategy side.
• Support councils and internal governance initiatives.
