Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director, Strategy to set and monitor the organization’s strategic direction and to lead and execute strategic projects that support Braven’s growth and impact goals.

You will design and own a portfolio of strategic initiatives, build and maintain dashboards for executives, and collaborate with leadership across teams. This role reports to the Head of Insights & Strategy and requires hybrid work with in-person presence in multiple U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and own dashboards and visualizations for leaders and end users.
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor organizational metrics and KPIs.
