Job summary

Braven seeks an Associate Director, People Strategy & Systems in Chicago. The role drives cross‑functional People projects, details roadmaps, and ensures cohesive, scalable People processes across the organization.

You will partner with Head of People and team leads, shaping enterprise‑level initiatives and ensuring clear, efficient communications and timely execution. This is a hybrid, full‑time exempt role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of work experience, with experience managing multiple projects.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; agile, organized, and able to connect processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans across People functions.
• Track progress, deadlines, and milestones; convene cross‑functional partners.
• Create decks, memos, and artifacts to aid collaboration and outcomes.
• Elevate learnings and propose improvements from pre- and post‑mortems.
• Coordinate with executives and departments to align People processes.
