Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and rate setting initiatives. The role includes managing a Pricing Analyst, overseeing competitive intelligence platforms, and developing innovative pricing solutions including AFAs.

You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to implement pricing changes, model impacts, and present data-driven insights to leadership. The position emphasizes data analysis, visualization, and robust support for annual rate-setting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal/professional service pricing and/or pricing analytics experience.
• Experience with competitive intelligence data.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills needed to synthesize, interpret and summarize information clearly.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong multi-tasking and planning skills to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking with ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and databases; ability to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the firm's use of competitive intelligence resources and pricing data to ensure updated market rates.
• Support the firmwide rate setting process with data analysis and validation.
• Supervise Pricing Analyst(s) and direct data analysis and reporting efforts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor pricing offerings including flat fees, blended rates, value-based pricing, AFAs.
• Support RFP responses and pricing requests with data visualizations and clear communications.
• Create tools, templates and processes to streamline pricing support across the firm.
• Maintain pricing documents and presentations with best practices and resources.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform pricing strategies at market, practice and experience levels.
• Manage third-party competitive intelligence vendors and data validation.
• Provide insights on pricing trends and competitive structures for strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on pricing analysis methods and industry benchmarks.
