Qualifications

• 8–10 years of pricing, financial analysis, or related roles within professional services (law firm experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with experience managing managers or senior professionals.
• Advising and influencing senior partners, practice group leaders and executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentations.
• Deep understanding of AFAs, pricing in legal/professional services, and complex negotiations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing proposals, budgets, and AFAs with partners.
• Build matter budgets and monitor performance against assumptions.
• Develop pricing dashboards and reports for Finance Committee and leadership.
• Coach pricing team; ensure scalable workflows and timely support.
• Drive firm-wide pricing playbooks, guidelines, and best practices.
• Support client pricing in RFPs and negotiations; engage procurement.
• Evaluate pricing technologies and AI-enabled solutions for adoption.
