The position emphasizes risk and compliance with relevant laws, annual salary surveys, and complex data analysis to guide internal pay decisions. Hybrid work and relocation to Dallas are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 4 years of progressive compensation analytics experience.
• 3 years of salary survey participation experience.
• 3 years of analyzing large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform market driven job analysis and evaluations with recommendations to HR and leadership.
• Regularly conduct market reviews to determine competitiveness and internal equity.
• Assist with annual salary surveys and data validation.
• Consult with HR partners to provide offers and guidance on compensation projects.
• Stay informed on laws and regulations (FLSA, EEOC) to ensure compliance.
• Participate in ad hoc compensation projects and review large data sets.
