Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, finance, or related field.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 9-11 years of relevant compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses, including internal equity reviews, market pricing studies, salary benchmarking, and cost analyses.
• Provide data-driven recommendations regarding pay decisions, market adjustments, promotions, reclassifications, and internal equity adjustments.
• Support compensation program effectiveness by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
• Review and assess requests for new positions and job reclassifications; develop and maintain job descriptions.
• Provide guidance on sales compensation and commission-related practices.
