Qualifications

• 7 years in Health Care, Health Insurance, Information Technology and/or large corporation communications related field
• 5 years Managing large communication programs in corporate environments, as well as an internal and/or external spokesperson
• 5 years Change Management Communications
• 3 years Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities
• 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching and development
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations
• Contribute to annual strategic plans and direct messaging development
• Manage crisis situations and implement rapid response plans
• Develop effective strategies for communications and engagement
• Lead writers and consultants to ensure brand-aligned communications
• Oversee internal communications channels and new formats
• Own communication analytics and reporting strategies
