Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Change Management, Journalist or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities.
• Advise leadership on internal communication needs to drive visibility and effective messaging.
• Translate complex business strategies into clear messages for diverse internal audiences.
• Identify barriers to change and develop strategies to mitigate resistance; guide teams through transitions.
