Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MS or equivalent).
• Experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution with an executive to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to support executive decisions.
• Optimize operational efficiency by identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing systems.
• Manage communications and act as liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
• Organize leadership meetings and executive events, preparing materials and ensuring follow-up on decisions.
• Act as a tactical and strategic advisor to the executive, providing input on new ideas and initiatives.
