Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Public Health or MD.
• 3 years in a management/leadership role; 3 years as a consultant/client-facing in services, or 4 years in strategy; 2 years healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategy projects end-to-end: scoping, staffing workstreams, problem solving, and presenting results to executives.
• Develop and grow a small team of strategists with ongoing performance management.
• Improve office operations and implement actionable improvement plans to boost team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business/market owners to identify issues, apply analytical frameworks, and deliver solutions.
