• Facilitate operational aspects of wellness programming, including rewards and program design/setup.
• Educate, consult and train internal stakeholders on resources, content, processes, timelines and program components.
• Work with a team to share best practices and client successes.
• Proactively engage with enterprise services to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Provide standardized communication materials and implementation support for wellness initiatives.
• Develop content and wellness campaigns to maximize member engagement and prevent adverse risk migration.
• Use data and trends to recommend client-focused solutions and interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives to enhance wellness offerings.
