Job summary

Euromonitor International in Chicago seeks a Client Engagement Executive (CEE) to accelerate onboarding, deepen client value, and secure renewals across a portfolio of accounts. The role builds senior-level relationships and translates client priorities into tailored engagement strategies.

You will partner with Research and Commercial teams, lead renewal negotiations, identify expansion opportunities, and travel as needed to engage stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, client engagement or related commercial roles.
• Consistently goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding strategy for new Euromonitor accounts to accelerate adoption and momentum across stakeholders.
• Own revenue retention and identify opportunities for syndicated research sales growth within accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored annual engagement plans aligning activities to client priorities and measurable value.
• Conduct proactive account intelligence to identify expansion opportunities and unmet needs.
• Partner with Research to shape high-impact client engagement agendas and reflect priorities in service delivery and product feedback.
• Manage client partnerships including executive check-ins, value reviews, renewal prep, stakeholder training, and growth strategies.
• Lead renewal negotiations with commercial judgment to support long-term partnerships and retention targets.
• Drive deeper utilization of Euromonitor capabilities and connect client objectives to value delivered.
