Job summary

Ubiminds is seeking a Client Partner to manage a portfolio of U.S. client accounts, owning renewals, expansions and revenue performance. You’ll engage executives, forecast growth, and ensure delivery aligns with client outcomes.

You’ll shift from staff augmentation toward consulting engagements built around outcomes, talking roadmap with CTOs and aligning with LatAm talent delivery to hit ambitious targets. Native English required, US business culture fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years owning client relationships with revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record in retention and expansion with renewals and account growth.
• Understanding of agile delivery, engineering staffing, nearshore/offshore delivery.
• Ability to price deals, manage SOWs/MSAs, and defend margins.
• Experience talking roadmap with a VP of Engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Native-level English; comfortable with U.S. business culture.
• Nice-to-haves: AI/ML or data services exposure; Portuguese or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U.S. client accounts including renewals and revenue.
• Drive net revenue retention and expansion by adding engineers and squads.
• Lead quarterly account plans, QBRs, and executive business reviews.
• SOW/MSA extensions and pricing maintaining margin above floor.
• Coordinate with delivery leads and LatAm talent org to hit outcomes.
• Build multi-threaded executive relationships up to the C-suite.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to inform Furiosa offerings and GTM.
