Euromonitor International in Chicago seeks a Client Engagement Executive (CEE) to accelerate onboarding, deepen client value, and secure renewals across a portfolio of accounts. The role builds senior-level relationships and translates client priorities into tailored engagement strategies.
You will partner with Research and Commercial teams, lead renewal negotiations, identify expansion opportunities, and travel as needed to engage stakeholders across regions.
The Client Engagement Executive (CEE) is a strategic member of the Enterprise team, responsible for accelerating onboarding, deepening client value, and securing renewals across a portfolio of first- and second-year Euromonitor accounts. In this role, the CEE builds senior-level relationships, expands engagement across priority teams and functions, and ensures clients are positioned to derive measurable value from Euromonitor’s intelligence. By combining commercial discipline with a consultative understanding of client priorities, CEEs translate client challenges and unmet needs into tailored engagement strategies, while also serving as a key internal voice of the customer to inform service delivery and product development.
· Successful experience in sales, account management, client engagement, or a related commercial role, with evidence of sustained performance and increasing responsibility.
· Consistently goal-oriented and accountable for results, with a history of performing at or above target in commercially driven environments.
· Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, navigate complex client situations, and pursue opportunities with disciplined urgency.
· Confident in engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, adapting communication style to influence decision-makers across levels, functions, and geographies.
· Highly organized and disciplined in managing complex stakeholder networks, follow-up cadences, scheduling priorities, and multiple concurrent account initiatives.
· International perspective and cultural fluency, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues across regions and markets.
· Collaborative and influential internal partner, able to align colleagues across Research, Commercial, and Client teams around client priorities.
· Willingness to travel as needed, with the maturity and judgment to prioritize in-person engagement where it will create the greatest client and commercial impact.

The base salary range for this role is $78,589 - $106,811 based on experience and qualifications. Alongside Salary, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance options, 401k, paid time off, hybrid work set up, core hours and other perks to support a positive work environment.
