Cox Enterprises in Atlanta, GA seeks a Strategic Account Manager to support advertising account executives through the lifecycle of digital sponsorship campaigns. You will activate campaigns post-sale, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely launches and performance updates for clients.

You’ll manage up to $5M in revenue, identify upsell opportunities, and present campaign findings to drive retention and growth across owned properties and partner products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Google Analytics knowledge is preferred.
• Google Ad Manager knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with project management software and sales dashboards is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Consultatively support, retain, and grow customer accounts in conjunction with account executives.
• Achieve budgeted annual revenue retention rates on key accounts.
• Identify opportunities and brainstorm on new revenue streams with account executives and internal strategic teams.
• Attend prospect and upsell pitch meetings with account executives and strategy team where needed.
• Manage day-to-day activity and update AE and manager on client performance through system-generated reports.
