Cox Automotive in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to partner across Autotrader, KBB and related brands, translating complex business objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive growth and retention.

You will lead end-to-end strategy, collaborate with product, B2B and cross-functional teams, and develop comprehensive briefs for media, creative, analytics and lifecycle teams to guide multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8 years of marketing strategy, brand strategy, or planning experience.
• Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies across brand, performance, and lifecycle channels.
• Background working with cross-functional teams (product, B2B, analytics, creative, media, CRM).
• Experience in complex environments such as marketplace or multi-sided platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned business units and align with full portfolio.
• Partner with product, B2B marketing, sales, and planning to align strategy with objectives.
• Develop strategic plans balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy.
• Lead strategic workstreams for major initiatives including product launches and lifecycle optimization.
• Create comprehensive briefs for media, creative, analytics, and lifecycle teams.
