Job summary

Placers seeks a Staffing Specialist to manage contingent workforce solutions and drive revenue and gross margin objectives. You will handle candidate experience, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.

Key tasks include building a robust candidate pipeline, engaging with candidates across channels, and ensuring timely placements while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education required.
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry is required; recruitment/account management experience is a big plus.
• Ability to learn and use CRM and ATS on multiple platforms.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and other locations as needed.
• Exceptional communication and closing skills; strong listening ability.

Responsibilities

• Network with and interview active job seekers to build a candidate pipeline.
• Reach out via calls, emails, and social networks to qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Manage candidate relationships through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and long-term engagement.
• Ensure customer orders are filled with quality and timely placements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for temporaries and customers.
