Arcadis is seeking a STAFF STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (PE OR SENIOR EIT) in a hybrid USA role based in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead structural design efforts across sectors, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multi‑discipline teams to deliver high‑quality projects.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, a PE license (or Senior EIT pursuing PE), and strong proficiency in RISA, ETABS, Revit, AutoCAD and BIM tools, with solid knowledge of USA codes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Senior EIT candidate planning to write PE exam within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead key project components with senior review.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to high-quality design solutions.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, client, and subcontractors.
• Perform Construction Administration duties and field observations.
