Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems design, management or architecture experience.

• Mainframe experience and SQL query proficiency to validate transaction health.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for NICE Actimize Fraud, AML, and Financial Crime apps.
• Lead incident management, RCA, problem management and service restoration.
• Develop and maintain observability using Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Automate operational tasks and implement IaC with Terraform.
• Support Azure environments and cloud-native tooling.
• Lead onboarding and monitoring for AIQ platform and migrations.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and maintain runbooks and documentation.
