Job summary

Intercom is seeking an exceptional Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Solutions Team. You will engage directly with customers as a trusted advisor, shaping value across the sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer insights guide Fin-powered solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver compelling pre-sales demonstrations, and craft tailored POCs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong communication are essential to drive success

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical pre-sales role.
• Ability to manage C-level technical and business relationships.
• Strong technical discovery and value presentation skills.
• Experience communicating complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
• Deliver a pre-sales experience articulating Fin's value and technical prowess.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate Fin's capabilities.
• Be the primary resource for RFPs and security questions using standardized materials.
