Job summary

Fin is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join our Customer Solutions Team. You will engage with customers as their trusted adviser, shaping value across the sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer needs drive our AI-powered solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver high-impact value presentations, and design tailored POCs and RFP responses while collaborating across teams to translate complex challenges into Fin solutions for both

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role, managing C-Level technical and business relationships.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in conducting technical discovery and delivering high-impact value presentations.
• Ability to solve problems independently while thriving in collaborative team environments.
• Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate value proposition throughout the sales cycle.
• Experience translating complex business challenges into Fin solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and influence direction.
• Familiarity with managing POCs, RFPs, and addressing complex security questions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales experience by articulating Fin's value and technical capabilities.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored Proofs of Concept (POCs) showcasing Fin's capabilities.
• Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions with standardized materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice and gather insights.
• Build trust with customers by approaching challenges with empathy and curiosity.
• Improve processes and contribute to a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook.
• Commit to customer success and proactive issue resolution.
