Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Software Support Specialist to assist clients with use, function, and understanding of our products and databases. You will resolve issues through analysis, troubleshooting, and knowledge-base resources in a hybrid Salt Lake City-based role.

The position emphasizes ongoing product knowledge growth, collaboration with development, and strong communication skills to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in technical support, software support, or IT operations.
• Experience in a software support role or equivalent systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of database structures (fields, tables, views).
• Experience with relational databases or SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client support requests via phone, email, and chat with clear communication.
• Uses client management system to track and update client issues.
• Participates in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Communicates with all parties to meet client expectations and resolutions.
• Creates or enhances documentation throughout the support process.
• Provides expert SQL-related assistance to customers.
• Collaborates with development to relay feedback and product enhancements.
