The role emphasizes clear communication, SQL-related assistance, teamwork with developers, and ongoing documentation updates to help clients use our databases and software effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in technical support or software support, IT operations is a plus.
• Technical writing experience for software documentation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem solving for technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of database structures and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and chat with professional communication.
• Use the client management system to track and update issue details.
• Work on on-call rotation and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Create and update documentation and contribute to the knowledge library.
• Collaborate with development to relay customer feedback and product enhancements.
• Troubleshoot deployments and document SQL-related queries and resolutions.
