Priority Dispatch Corp. in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Software Support Specialist to provide software support for PDC, IAED, and PSI clients. You will help users understand product features, troubleshoot issues, and grow product knowledge.

The role operates on a hybrid schedule in Salt Lake City. You will handle client requests via phone, email, and chat, manage issues in the client system, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with development to improve the product.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in technical support, software support, or IT operations.
• Previous software support experience or related systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting for basic to moderate issues.
• Solid organizational and analytical abilities in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and chat with clear, professional communication.
• Use the client management system to track and update details on client issues.
• Participate in 24/7 On-Call rotation.
• Communicate with all parties involved in issue resolutions to meet client expectations.
• Submit client issues to managers for resolution as appropriate.
• Work on complex customer problems across multiple applications and environments.
• Create or enhance documentation throughout the support process.
• Contribute to knowledge library and Support Community.
• Assist in training new Software Support Specialists.
• Provide limited hardware and operating system support.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and work well in a team.
