Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of software leadership experience (project or people leadership).
• Experience with embedded software teams.
• Proven ability to own backlog flow, feature planning, and cross-team execution.

Responsibilities

• Own software backlog priorities, technical direction, and release planning.
• Turn product goals into clear development plans, stories, and execution priorities.
• Partner with Product Management, application engineers, and other technical leaders to maintain a coordinated product roadmap.
• Lead major software efforts for servo drive products, including scope, architecture, and priorities.
• Provide people leadership to embedded software engineers and mentor early-career engineers.
