In this role, you will shape firmware priorities, coordinate product roadmaps with Product Management, and guide major software efforts from concept through release.

Based at our global headquarters in Radford VA, this position offers a hands-on, team-oriented environment. We emphasize continuous improvement and agile development to create products known for quality and features. We design products with the depth and flexibility advanced controls engineers need, while keeping them approachable for engineers who are earlier in their careers.

Work Type:

Hybrid: This role follows a Hybrid Work Schedule requiring a minimum of 3 in-office days per week, Monday through Thursday, at your designated Regal Rexnord office, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week, including Friday.

Pay Transparency Language:

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000-$155,800 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
