10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of software leadership experience.
Experience working with embedded software teams.

Responsibilities

Own software backlog priorities, technical direction, and release planning.
Turn product goals into clear development plans, stories, and execution priorities.
Partner with Product Management, application engineers, and other technical leaders to maintain a coordinated product roadmap.
Lead major software efforts for servo drive products, including scope, architecture, and priorities.
Drive planning and requirements definition so teams build the right products with disciplined execution.
Provide people leadership to embedded software engineers.
Promote strong collaboration between engineering teams during planning and execution.
Support the growth of engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and feedback.
Mentor early‑career engineers in software development, industrial control system knowledge, and engineering practice.
