D&H Distributing in Harrisburg, PA (hybrid with Tampa, FL) seeks a Sales Support Specialist to blend sales and customer service for SMB and consumer markets. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support the sales team while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of office or call center customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage large number of incoming calls and respond to inquiries such as ETAs, pricing, inventory and after-sale requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Keep customer information current using our CRM tool.
• Process customer orders and returns via phone, email and EDI in our proprietary software, CCA.
• Support sales team and learn D&H sales process.
• Order entry, product bids and quotes.
• Assist in reactivating inactive accounts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethics.
