D&H Distributing is a long‑standing employee‑owned technology distributor. We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a hybrid role based in Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL. You will work with sales teams to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals, handling inquiries and supporting orders.

You will manage customer communications, CRM data, and order processing while collaborating with vendors and co‑owners to deliver field-leading service in line with D&H values.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of office or call center-based customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of inbound calls and respond to inquiries (ETAs, pricing, inventory, post-sale requests).
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data using the CRM tool.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and IMs and resolve issues.
