Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; 1–3 years of call center experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and order processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of incoming calls and respond to inquiries (ETAs, pricing, inventory, post-sale requests).
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Keep customer data current in the CRM.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and IMs.
• Resolve customer issues and questions.
• Welcome, educate, and activate new accounts.
• Maintain a professional image via phone, email, and chat.
