Job summary

The Northeast Arc is seeking a Skills Trainer to support individuals with disabilities within the PCM program. The role blends office and home visits to help clients navigate the MassHealth PCA process and manage their own care with hands-on education.

Responsibilities include client assessment, PCA applicant support, and coaching on hiring PCAs, payroll, and program compliance. Travel and background checks are required, with a median schedule of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assess personal care needs collaboratively with a nurse and OT and prepare PCA applications.
• Teach clients to hire, train, supervise, and pay PCAs after approval.
• Provide PCA program education from application through ongoing management.
