Job summary

The Northeast Arc seeks a Skills Trainer to support individuals with disabilities within the Personal Care Management PCM program, helping them navigate the MassHealth PCA process and live at home with independence. The role blends office and community work delivering hands-on education and case management.

You'll collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BABS in Human Service field preferred.
• Bilingual a plus; prior experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Assess personal care needs and prepare PCA applications for submission.
• Teach clients to hire train supervise and pay PCAs after approval.
• Provide skills training following Medicaid curriculum and educate about PCA program.
• Conduct home visits and deliver in-person support and training.
• Maintain documentation and support case management with the PCM team.
