Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a SharePoint & Knowledge Manager to design, administer, and optimize enterprise content platforms, enabling internal and external stakeholder engagement.

The role blends SharePoint engineering with structured knowledge management to build intranet/extranet solutions, automate workflows, and maintain a centralized communications hub as the authoritative source for enterprise content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years designing, administering, and optimizing SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer SharePoint Online environments and external-facing capabilities.
• Develop automated workflows with Power Automate and integrate with Teams and other M365 services.
• Build scalable intranet/extranet solutions with proper content structure and governance.
• Enforce taxonomy, metadata, versioning, and lifecycle policies across enterprise content.
