Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Content Strategist with Knowledge Management experience to help organize and govern enterprise content. The role supports digital workplace operations and intranet management, with hands-on SharePoint Online configuration.

The team collaborates cross-functionally to improve information architecture and user experience. Required qualifications include a KM-related degree or 5+ years KM experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management or related field OR 5 years KM experience.
3–5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, intranet management, digital workplace operations, or related role.
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, web parts, and content lifecycle setting.
Strong communication, proactiveness, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and customer support skills.
