Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) to optimize information sharing and analytic production within a high-impact IC mission. You will align processes, tools, and secure systems to enhance collaboration across teams and ensure compliant knowledge management practices.

The role involves developing custom SharePoint solutions, configuring security, and coordinating with DoD/IC partners. A TS/SCI with Polygraph and 12+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 12+ years of KM/IC-related experience.
• Master's degree in KM or related field, or Bachelor's plus 17 years of senior experience.
• Experience in IC or cyber-focused mission environments.
• Familiarity with DoD 5015.2 records management and KM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technologies to optimize information sharing and analytic production.
• Leverage databases and content management systems to improve workflows and knowledge practices.
• Analyze reports on system performance and future KM requirements (search, storage, retrieval).
• Disseminate intelligence products securely across networks and portals.
• Configure and develop SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence; support lifecycle of content management.
