Roth Staffing is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across IT and business functions in a large enterprise. The role emphasizes program and project delivery, executive reporting, and governance across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of IT PM experience and 3+ years guiding ServiceNow programs in enterprise settings, with strong Agile, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow projects in large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations or platform transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and external partners.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise projects and/or programs that improve delivery of ServiceNow capabilities to IT and business customers.
• Ensure alignment of project priorities with strategic objectives and roadmap commitments.
• Own project timelines, budgets, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple ServiceNow platform functions.
• Manage multiple concurrent ServiceNow initiatives and dependencies across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, business partners, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance, scope management, issue resolution, and executive escalations.
• Facilitate steering committee, leadership, and project team meetings.
• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure solutions deliver intended business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Managers and ServiceNow platform teams to translate business objectives into executable delivery plans.
