The Senior TPM will lead planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across IT and business functions, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement for multiple workstreams in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow projects in large enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations or platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and external partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic ServiceNow initiatives across IT and business functions. This role will manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives, governance requirements, and platform best practices. This role is responsible for delivering balanced solutions, delivering tactical needs while contributing to broader organizational outcomes across the organization.

The ideal candidate has deep experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HAM, IRM, SPM, Service Catalog, and Platform capabilities in a large enterprise environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program & Project Delivery

• Manage enterprise projects and/or programs that improve delivery of ServiceNow capabilities to our IT and business customers
• Ensure alignment of project priorities with strategic objectives and roadmap commitments.
• Own project timelines, budgets, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple ServiceNow platform functions
• Manage multiple concurrent ServiceNow initiatives and dependencies across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, business partners, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance, scope management, issue resolution, and executive escalations.
• Facilitate steering committee, leadership, and project team meetings.
• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure solutions will deliver intended business outcomes
• Partner with Product Managers and ServiceNow platform teams to translate business objectives into executable delivery plans.

Communications & Reporting

• Provide concise executive-level reporting on project status, risks, financials, and outcomes.
• Prepare project dashboards, presentations, and progress communications for leadership.
• Drive transparency, accountability, and decision-making across stakeholders.

Operational Readiness & Continuous Improvement

• Establish KPIs to measure project & programs success, technology reliability, adoption, and business impact
• Drive continuous improvement across technology delivery lifecycle processes
• Capture lessons learned and promote standardization and reusable patterns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow projects in large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations or platform transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and external partners.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and implementation partners.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and system integrators
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or comparable certification.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Experience leading projects involving organizational change management (OCM) and user adoption.
• Experience partnering with Risk, Audit, Digital Workplace or End-User Computing teams
