Capital Group is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across IT and business functions in a large enterprise. This hybrid role requires coordinating with technology teams, partners, and vendors to align with governance and platform best practices.

Qualifications

5+ years IT project management experience.
3+ years leading ServiceNow projects in large enterprises.
Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations or platform transformations.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across IT and business functions.
Own project timelines, budgets, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors; drive governance and reporting.
Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans with Product Managers.
Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
