Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Technician to support the Compression Systems and Services Division. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, using precision tools and manuals to ensure optimal operation across customer sites.

The role involves travel within a 3-hour service radius, on-call duties after an initial period, and a hybrid work arrangement with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years troubleshooting industrial/mechanical systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• On-call readiness with flexible scheduling and travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air compressors and components.
• Collaborate with service coordinator for parts and installations.
• Provide technical assistance on pre-commissioning, start-ups, and repairs.
