Job summary

Atlas Copco in West Springfield, MA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own the quotation and order fulfillment process and serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors, and prospects within an assigned territory.

You will drive service and service plan quoting, upsell opportunities, and data-driven sales activities using CRM/ERP tools, while maintaining exceptional customer experience and data integrity. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus demonstrated by an attitude of service, excellent organizational and collaboration skills, as well as proactive follow-up habits.
• Demonstrate and promote a focus on team and team culture through collaboration, support, and internal customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage personal energy and stress levels while exercising your problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring in new customers and drive sales revenue growth.
• Maintain understanding of service plan portfolio and product features to upsell.
• Close sales and achieve targets and goals.
• Prospect and develop new opportunities via warm and hot leads.
• Capitalize on BI reports to communicate and drive business.
• Improve customer experience with clear communication and data accuracy.
• Provide repair quotations and answer questions about credit terms, pricing, and availability.
• Review and verify customer orders; submit sales orders for entry and contracts teams.
• Research and resolve order or invoicing discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Manage sales activities and pipeline within the CRM database.
• Assist Contracts team with renewals and pricing negotiations.
• Participate in meetings and initiatives.
• Adhere to best practices to ensure financial and data integrity.
• Contribute to branding through customer-oriented service.
