Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls for service of compressed air equipment and installation of prime equipment; schedule service contract customers.
• Coordinate activities of the Service Department with the Service Manager to maximize technician utilization.
• Serve as information liaison between the Service Manager, Technicians and customers; provide regular updates on service progress.
• Secure purchase orders for service work and verify terms with customers; edit scheduled service orders in MAM/VisiTour.
• Track and file paperwork; order, track and expedite parts as needed.
